FRISKY FOAL NUMBER 2


All the ponies were at the bottom of the drive again early this morning so, as I started climbing the hill, I thought I would be having an uneventful walk. Two minutes later, I heard a whinny and whipped out the camera to record foal number two having a frisky moment. Here it is:

Just back from my stint at the school fair. I managed to swap from the coconut shy to the plant stall which was much more pleasant! It rained quite a bit but went very well. It's still going on actually. Going round the blogs, I found Country Rabbit's lovely sounding give-away so will be entering. She has so many followers I probably don't stand a chance but worth a go!


I must do something similar with a print......perhaps the sleeping foals. Let me know what you think......

    Great to see that little coloured colt exploring the world, no doubt just a bit further away from his Mum every time!

    A giveaway of one of your lovely foal/pony prints would surely attract a lot of entries . I`m just off to look at Country Rabbit`s blog now.......

      Giveaway will be next week, even if only three people do it. Perhaps I'd better allow a week though. Country Rabbit suggested putting her thing on your blog which is a really good idea for drumming up entries. Glad you won the Jason of England thing. Can't wait to see it.....

    The sleeping foals are my favourite. I thought of you today as I drove Husband to golf, there is a coloured mare with a coloured foal and they were both laid out flat in the sunshine.

      It seems to be everyone's favourite so that had better be the one I think. I like the Sea Holly myself. I obviously need to get as many drawings of sleeping animals as I can.

    I love the sleeping foals too.

    I thought Foal no. 2 was being very adventurous, going off so far, before realizing he was going back TOWARDS mum!

    I'm glad the plant stall wasn't too arduous. I spent the morning in A&E which wasn't half so much fun!
